Your impact

As a Junior Financial Corporate Tax Consultant, you'll be working on a wide variety of projects that go way beyond just filling in tax returns:

  • Help clients forecast and prepare their corporate income tax provisions, following IFRS, US GAAP, or Belgian accounting rules.

  • Support the preparation and review of Belgian corporate income tax returns.

  • Support the preparation of other Belgian corporate income tax related formalities (like, e.g., fee forms 281.50, withholding tax formalities, etc).

  • Provide advice to clients regarding new and proposed tax legislations and address challenging national and cross-border tax issues.

  • Work on audits of income taxes for individual companies and multinational groups.

  • Help implement tax technologies (i.e. tax provisioning tools etc.) and smart processes to make the tax function future-proof.

  • Dive into new global tax rules like the Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) for multinational companies.

  • Assist with tax audits and advise on international tax strategies and their impact on financial statements.

You'll work in a dynamic, international environment and build up solid expertise in both tax and accounting — with a future-focused, tech-enabled approach.

About you

  • You're finishing or just finished a master's in economics, tax, business engineering, business administration, law, or a related field — bonus if you've taken a second master or PhD with a financial/economic focus.

  • A tax qualification is great, but if you don't have one yet, you're open to learning (evening classes, for example).

  • You're a strong communicator — both in writing and in explaining complex ideas clearly.

  • You enjoy solving problems, thinking analytically, and working in teams.

  • You're well-organised, can handle deadlines, and take initiative when needed.

  • You're curious about tech and IT tools — or eager to learn.

  • You're client-focused, responsible, and professional.

  • You're familiar with AI and prompting

  • You're available to work from our Brussels office at least one day per week

  • You're fluent in Dutch and/or French, and English
